A friendly home for badminton in Witney
St Mary's Badminton Club is an adults-only members' Club managed by a small Committee. We meet every Friday from 19:30 to 21:30 at The Henry Box School in Witney.
Whether you are returning to badminton or looking for regular weekly games, our organised Friday session is a great way to keep your game sharp and enjoy well-matched mixed doubles. The Club is a constituted, members-only adult badminton club managed by a small Club Committee.

Who the Club is for
We welcome adult players aged 18 and over who already have a basic understanding of badminton and can take part safely in organised doubles games.
The Club is for adult players only.

To maintain a reasonable standard of play, court etiquette and enjoyable games, complete beginners may be advised to gain some introductory experience before joining. No partner? No problem — our session uses player rotation, so you'll always have someone to play with.
Joining information
Joining St Mary's Badminton Club
New players must contact the Club and complete the required visitor process before attending. Attendance is only permitted after confirmation from the Committee.
Provide brief information about your badminton experience.
If the Club is suitable and space is available, the Committee will provide the required visitor form.
The Committee will assess playing standard, court etiquette and suitability for the Club.
Following a successful trial, the player may be invited to complete the membership application and pay the subscription.
St Mary's is a members-only Club. Regular players are expected to become members rather than attend on a pay-as-you-play basis. Membership runs for a full year, with subscriptions normally paid in three termly payments.
